What you need to know...

Dining Room & Tavern: General Club Hours: Wednesday-Sunday 11:00-7:30 pm. Dining Hours: Wednesday Lunch Buffet 11:30-2:00 pm, Thursday, Friday & Saturday Lunch Buffet 11:30 am & 1:30 pm, Sunday Brunch Buffet at 12:00 pm. Reservations strongly recommended.

 

Cancellation Policy: The Club has a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you do not call within 48 hours and cancel your reservation you will be charged 50% of your confirmed reservation.

 

Guest Policy: Thoroughbred Club of America Members must register all Guests by phone or online at www.thethoroughbredclub.com. Upon arrival, all Guests will be presented with a sticker listing the date of their registration and the last name of the registering Member. Stickers must be visible at all times while at the Thoroughbred Club. Shuttle access will not be granted without the appropriate sticker. 

 

Guests must be registered ahead of time by a TCA Member for Clubhouse and Shuttle access during the meet.  

 

Dress Code

Dining Room: For men, suits or jackets are required. Ties are optional. No hats, caps or denim please. For women, dresses, suits, slacks, skirts, blouses or sweaters are appropriate. No denim please.

 

Tavern and Bar Areas: No abbreviated attire, athletic wear, shorts, hats, caps, flip flops or ragged trousers. 

 

It is the responsibility of each Club member to inform guests of TCA policies.

Race Meet Information

General Information: 

Hours:

 

The Thoroughbred Club is open Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00-7:30 p.m. TCA is closed Monday and Tuesdays during the race meet.

 

Dining Room:

 

Wednesday reservations are available between 11:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday there are two lunch buffet seating times at 11:30 and 1:30 p.m. If you have an 11:30 a.m. seating, you must vacate your table by 1:00 p.m. so that the table can be prepared for the 1:30 seating. Sunday's there is one seating time at 12:00 p.m.

 

A member or spouse may make a reservation during the race meet for up to 8 people. Only one check is offered for tables of 8 and 20% gratuity will be added. The Club has a 24 hour cancellation policy for reservations for groups of 6 or fewer. 48 hours is required to cancel a reservation for groups of 7 or more. A cancellation fee will be charged if reservations are not canceled according to these guidelines. Any tabs that are left open overnight will have an automatic gratuity of 20% added to the total.

Shuttle Information:

 

A complimentary shuttle runs from the Club to Keeneland throughout the day. If your guests are not having lunch at the Club but will be using the facility or shuttle they must be registered 24 hours prior to arrival.

 

Buffet Pricing:

 

Wednesday & Thursday: $25 per person

Friday & Sunday: $30 per person

Saturday: $32 per person
